Welling United boss Jamie Day has been named Blue Square Bet South Manager of the Season having guided his side to the top tier of non-league football.
The Wings clinched automatic promotion as champions after finishing top of the pile on 86 points, four clear of second-placed Salisbury City.
The London outfit set a new league record for consecutive wins in the season (12) on their way to claiming the title, while they won 26 of their 46 games and lost just eight times.
They also had the meanest defence in the Conference South, along with Dover Athletic, conceding just 44 goals and finishing 2012/13 as top scorers with 90 goals.
Day received his award at the Football Conference annual AGM and Congress on Saturday night, which was held at Celtic Manor.
